Horse Boarding and Training Facility Our beautiful horse property is located in the hills of SE Gresham/Damascus within easy access to the Portland MetroPlex. We are a small facility with only 11 stalls and we specialize in serving the individual needs of your horse. We are located 1 mile from the Springwater Corrider trail system. Boarding at our full care facility provides you and your horse with the following: -12'x12' Matted Stall -60'x120' Fully Enclosed Indoor Arena -3 Pastures on over 5 Rolling Acres -Premium  Hay & Automatic waterers -Fresh Bedding and Daily Stall Cleaning -Daily Turn-Out -Grain/Supplements/Medications (you supply, we feed) -Tack Room -Wash Rack -Limited Trailer Parking We also offer partial care for $200/mo. or self care for $160/mo.

Location . We are located just 7.5 miles south of I-84 Gresham/Wood Village exit and just 10 miles East from I205. What a great location in the peaceful SE hills of Gresham only 30 mins from downtown Portland Map Link

Boarding Fees

Full care includes all the above mentioned services.

Full care for one horse is $335/mo.  Two horses is $300 per horse/mo.  additional horse discount may apply.

Partial care is $200/mo you supply feed and we have self care for $160/mo.

Horse Training

Horse training from ground up for an untrained horse is a flat fee of $900/mo. this includes full care board. Depending on the horse the time runs 4-8 weeks with an average of 6 weeks. The horse must be at least 2.5 years of age to be trained for riding.

 Groundwork can be started at any time with any age.....this fee is dependent on the owners expectations. Usually $100/wk flat fee + board which can be prorated.  Basic ground manners are usually completed in 1-2 weeks, depending on the horse.  

All owners with horses in training will be required to work with the trainer, Collette for a minimum of one session before taking the horse or before considering the training to be complete.
